I encode, I organise, I retrieve. I work like a human algorithm with computer processes to constantly think of ways to represent information using reduction, order and numbered optically mixed colour systems to create engagement.

When I make a painting, I layer, then encode documented text and imagery of related digital memories, using computer algorithms to transform information into numbered systems to detach myself from the experiences. I respond by associating numbers to a numbered greyscale system and apply self-imposed constraints in conjunction with chance operations to determine a composition's outcome.

I construct a painting by stamping paint machine-like onto a gridded canvas to create order and pattern. The patterns of organised randomness are a visual code of information that wants to be unlocked through perception, with no right or wrong solution.
